Factors That Influence the Performance of Sunday School Teachers of Huria Christian Batak Protestant Church (HKBP) In District Jakarta Indonesia

This study analyzes how the influence of competencies, commitment and motivation on the performance of Sunday school teachers from the HKBP church in the VIII district of DKI Jakarta. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were Sunday school teachers covering five regions in Jakarta. The data collection technique was carried out by surveying 70 samples. The analysis technique used is the path technique with the classic assumption test with a confidence level of 5% using a program of partial least square 3.0. The results showed that competencies and motivation had a significant and positive effect on the performance of HKBP church Sunday school teachers in District VIII DKI Jakarta. However, the commitment variable did not have a significant and positive effect on the performance of HKBP church Sunday school teachers in District VIII DKI Jakarta.
