Disability management is a critical task since it is caused by employing a digital system to assist the physically disabled people. This process is completed by applying a digital signal processing system which takes the analog input from the disabled people by using dedicated hardware with software, and then the raw data is converted it into informative data in the form of digital signal. After converting digital signals, the input processing system classifies the signal and performs the specified tasks, which equates to the prerequisite of the disabled people. A properly computerized library will help its users with quick and prompt services. Library automation refers to the mechanization of library keeping operations, predominantly by computerization. In the existing system, Librarian use barcode system to scan the code to get the book details and student has a unique number when the librarian type the register number of students and he will put a book for the student. In order to handle this situation the smart environment is designed by using the IoT. The RFID controller is connected with the raspberry device which communicate with the mobile interface using the SSH connectivity.
