Medicinal Plants of India : A Comprehensive Review

This research paper aims to provide a comprehensive review of the diverse and rich flora of medicinal plants in India. India has a long history of using plants for various medicinal purposes, and its traditional systems of medicine, such as Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani, are deeply rooted in the utilization of plant-based remedies. This paper explores the botanical diversity, ethnomedicinal uses, phytochemical composition, pharmacological activities, and conservation status of various medicinal plants in India.
