Technology is the biggest reality of today's changing era and is also a major factor playing a decisive role in the rise of knowledge based economy in the development ladder. In the real sense, technological development has always played an important role in the development of society and the development of information technologies is also a big step in this chain of technological development. After the advent of information technology, innumerable opportunities for development have ascended in many new areas. Higher education is also one such area in which information technology can play its special role.
