The mind is the root causes of bondage and salvation. Immortal mind is the main reason of downgrades. Not making the right decision is the nature of the mind. Origin of internal conflicts like arguing, swoon is due to the mind. People are oblivious to the absence of the mind. Exercise and asceticism are essential to the servitude of the mind. Action should be taken for the purification of the mind. The way to purify the mind is stated in the Gita.The Gita says that the way to purify the mind is to do mental penance. If the will power is awakened then mental aging will come to an end.
