लीलाशुकस्य मुक्तिकारणीभूतभक्तेः स्वरूपं नारदभक्तिसूत्रं तथा श्रुतिस्मृत्यादिसिध्दं वर्तते। भगवदपरोक्षज्ञानहेतुभूतभक्तिः मध्यमस्थानीया। परोक्षज्ञानं शास्त्रापरोक्षज्ञानं भवति। तस्य कारणीभूतभक्तिः प्राथमिकीभक्तिः। गुरूमेवाभिगच्छेत् समित्पाणिः श्रोत्रियं ब्रह्मनिष्ठमित्युक्तदिशा शास्त्रे आदरेण नैरन्तर्येणच भगवति भक्तिंकृत्वा शास्त्रापरोक्षं प्राप्नोति मुमुक्षुः। तदनन्तरं तीव्रेण भक्त्युद्रेकेण भगवति, रतःसन् ततः प्रसन्नःसन् परमात्मा अन्तर्हृदये प्रकटो भवति। एतदेवापरोक्षज्ञानमिति शास्त्रे प्रतिपाद्यते। अपरोक्षज्ञानानंतरं ‘यमेवैष वृणुते तेन लभ्यः, ‘महात्मयज्ञानपूर्वस्तु सुदृढः सर्वतोधिकः स्नेहो भक्तिरिति प्रोक्ता तया मुक्तिः नचान्यथा’ इत्यादि श्रुतिसिध्द भगवदत्यर्थ प्रसादजनकभक्तिर्नाम. ‘निरवधिकानन्तानवद्यकल्याणगुणत्वज्ञानपूर्वकः स्वात्मात्मीय समस्तवस्तुभ्यो अनेकगुणाधिकः अन्तरायसहस्रेणाप्यप्रतिबध्दो प्रेमाप्रवाहः’ इति-मळखेडनिवासी श्रीमट्टीकाकृत्पादैः (श्रीमज्जयतीर्थश्री मच्चरणैः) स्वीय श्रीमन्न्यायसुधाग्रन्थे प्रतिपादितवन्तः। तदेव मुक्तिकारणमिति निश्र्चयज्ञानवान् लीलाशुकः श्री मध्वाचार्चाणां अवतारपूर्वमेव स्वीयकृष्णकर्णामृते-“गोपालाङ्गनकर्दमे विहरसे विप्राध्वरे लज्जसे, ब्रूषे गोशतहुकुंतैः स्तुतिशतैः मौनं विधत्से सताम्। दास्यं गोकुलसुन्दरीषु कुरुषे स्वाम्यंच दान्तात्मसु, ज्ञातं कृष्णतवांघ्रिपंकजयुगं प्रेमैकलभ्यं परम् ।। इति श्रीकृष्णदर्शनानन्तरमोक्षसाधनीभूतभक्तेः स्वरूपं विशदयन् स्वस्य तादृशभक्तिमत्वं प्रकाशितवान् इत्यत्र सन्देहलेशोऽपि नस्यादिति किंचिदुकत्वा पत्रमेनं यत्करोषि इति भगवदुक्तदिशा श्रीकृष्णपदपद्मयोः भक्त्या समर्पयामि।

Sanjeev Kumar Makes Indian Women Self – Reliant : MGNREGA Scheme
ABSTRACT:-
MGNREGA was introduced in India in 2005 with the aim to improve the livelihood of rural Indian households. Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) was implemented and came into force on February 2, 2006. It was the first act of its kind in the world wherein an economic safety net is provided to around 2/3rd of the population through a right to work. The scale on which it has been provided is just mindboggling, engaging around 1/ 10th of the total world population. It was second in a series of right based policies Government of India has rolled out in the past decade. The core objective of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act is to promote rural development and reduce poverty by supplementing private employment in the rural Indian economy with public employment. Providing not less than one hundred days of unskilled manual work as a guaranteed employment in a financial year to every household in rural areas as per demand, resulting in creation of productive assets of prescribed quality and durability. Strengthening the livelihood resource base of the poor. Proactively ensuring social inclusion. Strengthening Panchayati Raj Institutions. The primary goals of MGNREGA are as Enhance livelihood security of the rural poor through generation of wage employment opportunities in works leading to creation of durable assets. Rejuvenate natural resource base of rural areas. Create a durable and productive rural asset base. Empowerment of the socially disadvantaged, especially, women, Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs), as well as women also through the processes of a rights-based legislation. Strengthen decentralized, participatory planning through convergence of various anti-poverty and livelihoods initiatives. Deepen democracy at the grassroots by strengthening Panchayati Raj Institutions. There have been several intended as well as unintended impacts of the MGNREGA program on the economy both at the regional level as well as at the national level.
