Analyse the Implementation of NEP 2020 in the Context of Higher Education

The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 aims to equip students with essential skills necessary for the contemporary landscape. A significant highlight of the NEP 2020 is its emphasis on providing students with a wide array of subject choices, ranging from arts and humanities to science, sports, and vocational subjects, offering unprecedented flexibility. This review seeks to explore the key features of the NEP and analyze its potential impact on the current education system. The NEP 2020 received approval from the Union Cabinet of India on July 29, 2020.
