स्कूलों में प्रभावी शिक्षण में मार्गदर्शन और परामर्श की भूमिका

छात्रांे के भविष्य की सफलता के लिए स्कूलों में मार्गदर्शन और परामर्श की महत्वपूंर्ण भूमिका होती है। यह अध्ययन इस तथ्य को स्वीकार करता है कि परामर्श लोगों को वह सब सीखने में मदद करने की एक परिवर्तनकारी प्रक्रिया है जो स्कूल के अंदर और बाहर दोनों जगह सीखी जानी है। परामर्शदाताओं के लिए बच्चे (छात्रों) की मदद करने के लिए आवश्यक सही जानकारी देने में सक्षम होने के लिए उस पर भरोसा करने के लिए बच्चे के आत्मविश्वास का निर्माण करना आवश्यक है। यह पेपर बच्चों की भविष्य की सफलता के लिए स्कूलों में प्रभावी शिक्षण और सीखने में मार्गदर्शन और परामर्श की भूमिका से संबंधित है।
