Shodhshauryam International Scientific Refereed Research Journal (SHISRRJ) follows a transparent and ethical fee policy in accordance with international scholarly publishing standards.

Submission Fee

  • No submission fee is charged for submitting a manuscript to SHISRRJ.

Publication Fee

  • An Article Processing Charge (APC) may be applicable only after a manuscript has been accepted following peer review.

  • The APC is used to support:

    • Editorial processing

    • Peer-review management

    • Copyediting and formatting

    • Online hosting and digital archiving

Fee Transparency

  • The applicable APC amount is clearly communicated to authors upon acceptance

  • No fees are charged for:

    • Peer review

    • Editorial evaluation

    • Revisions

Editorial Independence

Payment of APCs:

  • Does not influence editorial decisions

  • Has no impact on the peer-review outcome

  • Is processed only after final acceptance

Waivers and Discounts

  • SHISRRJ may consider partial or full APC waivers on a case-by-case basis for:

    • Authors from low- and middle-income countries

    • Early-career researchers

    • Exceptional academic contributions

Waiver requests must be submitted before or during the review process and do not affect editorial decisions.

Refund Policy

  • APCs are non-refundable once an article has been published

  • In cases of withdrawal prior to publication, refund terms are assessed according to processing stage

No Guaranteed Publication

  • Payment of APCs does not guarantee acceptance or publication

  • Manuscripts may be rejected at any stage based on academic merit and ethical considerations

Invoice and Payment

  • Invoices are issued after acceptance

  • Payment details and timelines are communicated officially by the journal
