Shodhshauryam: International Scientific Refereed Research Journal (SHISRRJ) is guided by an Editorial Board composed of academicians, researchers, and subject experts from diverse disciplines. The Editorial Board plays a central role in maintaining the academic quality, integrity, and editorial independence of the journal.

Editorial appointments are based on scholarly expertise, publication record, and professional experience.


Editorial Structure

The editorial structure of SHISRRJ includes the following roles:

  • Editor-in-Chief

Roles and Responsibilities

Editor-in-Chief

The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for:

  • Defining the journal’s editorial policies and scope

  • Ensuring the integrity and quality of the publication process

  • Making final decisions on manuscript acceptance or rejection

  • Overseeing ethical standards and handling cases of misconduct

  • Maintaining editorial independence and transparency


Associate Editors / Section Editors

Associate or Section Editors:

  • Manage manuscripts within their subject expertise

  • Coordinate the peer-review process

  • Recommend editorial decisions based on reviewer reports

  • Ensure timely and fair handling of submissions


Editorial Board Members

Editorial Board Members:

  • Support the editorial decision-making process

  • Assist in identifying qualified reviewers

  • Provide strategic guidance on journal development

  • Promote academic standards and ethical practices

Editorial Board Members may also review manuscripts within their expertise; however, they are not guaranteed to review or accept any specific submission.


Reviewers

Reviewers are independent subject experts who:

  • Evaluate manuscripts objectively and confidentially

  • Provide constructive feedback to improve manuscript quality

  • Declare conflicts of interest where applicable


Editorial Independence

All editorial decisions are made solely on the basis of:

  • Scientific merit

  • Originality

  • Relevance to the journal’s scope

Editorial decisions are not influenced by:

  • Commercial interests

  • Author nationality or institutional affiliation

  • Funding sources


Appointment and Tenure

  • Editorial appointments are subject to periodic review

  • The journal reserves the right to update or revise Editorial Board membership

  • Editorial Board members are expected to actively contribute to the journal’s academic mission


Conflict of Interest (Editorial)

Editors and Editorial Board Members must:

  • Declare any conflicts of interest

  • Refrain from handling manuscripts where a conflict exists
