Author Guidelines

Shodhshauryam International Scientific Refereed Research Journal (SHISRRJ) invites original, high-quality scholarly manuscripts that contribute meaningfully to the advancement of knowledge within the journal’s scope.

Submission of a manuscript implies that:

  • The work is original
  • It has not been published previously
  • It is not under consideration by any other journal

Types of Manuscripts Accepted

SHISRRJ accepts the following categories of manuscripts:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles
  • Short Communications
  • Case Studies
  • Conceptual and Theoretical Papers
  • Interdisciplinary Research Articles

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

Language

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English
  • Either British English or American English may be used consistently

Manuscript Structure

A typical manuscript should include the following sections (as applicable):

  1. Title Page
  2. Abstract
  3. Keywords
  4. Introduction
  5. Literature Review (if applicable)
  6. Methodology / Materials and Methods
  7. Results
  8. Discussion
  9. Conclusion
  10. Acknowledgements (optional)
  11. Funding Statement
  12. Conflict of Interest Declaration
  13. References

Title Page

The title page must contain:

  • A concise and informative title
  • Full names of all authors
  • Institutional affiliations of all authors
  • Email address of the corresponding author

Abstract

  • Length: 150–250 words
  • The abstract should clearly describe:
    • Purpose of the study
    • Methodology
    • Key findings
    • Main conclusions

Keywords

  • Provide 4–6 keywords
  • Avoid repeating words already used in the title

Formatting Requirements

  • File format: DOC or DOCX
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 12-point
  • Line spacing: 1.5
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
  • Page numbers must be included

Figures and Tables

  • Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively
  • Each figure and table must include a clear caption
  • Images must be of adequate resolution and clarity
  • Tables should be editable and not embedded as images

References and Citation Style

  • SHISRRJ follows standard international referencing practices
  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of references
  • All references cited in the text must appear in the reference list and vice versa

Specific citation styles (APA, IEEE, Vancouver, Chicago, etc.) may be applied depending on the discipline or issue.

Ethical Declarations

Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial or non-financial conflicts of interest.

Funding Statement

All sources of funding must be clearly acknowledged.

Ethical Approval

For studies involving human participants or animals, authors must confirm that appropriate ethical approval and informed consent were obtained.

Plagiarism Policy

  • All submissions are screened for plagiarism
  • Manuscripts with significant similarity will be rejected
  • Proper citation and quotation are mandatory

Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the official journal submission system or official email mentioned on the journal website
  • Authors will receive an acknowledgment of submission

Revision and Acceptance

  • Authors must respond to reviewer comments point-by-point
  • Final acceptance is based on:
    • Scientific quality
    • Reviewer recommendations
    • Editorial assessment

Post-Acceptance

  • Accepted manuscripts undergo copyediting and formatting
  • Authors may be requested to review and approve final proofs before publication
